The Common Core Standards for Mathematics define the conceptual cateogies which are used to drive the content for the Integrated Mathematics II course. The Common Core Standards do not dictate specific course requirements nor a specific sequence of courses, but they do provide models which can be adopted by states; most states develop model courses from the common core course models.
